The Nity Gritty about Cancellations~
Hot Waxunderstands that your car broke down, you got the flu, the babysiter never showed, and other things that happen in life...but your service provider has still reserved the appointment just for you on her schedule and has to at the least, charge a fee. After all you are not charged in full, and given a break but, please know that Hot Wax still takes a loss even when you pay a fee for a cancelled appoinment or cancel close to the appointment day. It's the Cold & flu Seasonlets not spread the germs. Your service provider does all she can to keep the air in the Hot Wax, happy and worry free. For professional & Health Reasons Hot Wax in not able to accommodate any persons who has any symptoms of a cold or flu and/or any other air born/ bacterial/virucidal illness. You would be kindly charged for the appointment & asked to re-book by phone if you show up sick but it happens. In order to avoid this and as a courtesy to Hot Wax, please call as soon as symptoms arrive if you have an upcoming appointment to eliminate a cancellation fee & hassel to you. Thank you very much for your cooperation ,your courtesy and your understanding. You..will be given the same courtesy if your service provider gets ill or thinks she may have caught something at all...As much as we love waxing..No one wants to put waxing over health!!
As acourtesy Please give as much notice as possible, Hot Wax is appointment based and does not accept walk ins, so if you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment and if you are able to"please" call as soon as you know you need to re-schedule, if possible please don't wait for a reminder call. Courtesy reminder calls are not always able to be given. If you dont know your schedule in advance you are welcome to call when you are close to needing your wax, but openings are not always guaranteed, since Hot Wax books in advance. Thank you!
New Cancellation Fee~ Please give a minimum of a 24 for smaller servicies example Eyebrows , and48 hours for larger services. A notice is required to avoid the cancellation fee of a unique minimum of $15 per service scheduled. Depending on the service you have scheduled prices vary if canceled under the required time. Due to the unique scheduling of Hot Wax, the closer to the appointment you cancel , even close to the 24 hours cancellation minimum. it is rare to be able to be offerd to another guest since, Hot Wax is not a Spa..but a studio that is a private session reserved just for you!!
Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your relaxation experience. Appointments will be canceled halfway through the appointment, If you show up half way through an appointment most likely a cancellation fee may have to be charged in order to re-book. However if it is at all possible you will be accomdated.. I appreciate your understanding. ThANK YOU!!
